SHIPPING POLICY

At B&B-Drink, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our products are manufactured and fulfilled by trusted production partners. Because of this process, additional handling time may be required before shipment.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7–15 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production time, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, B&B-Drink is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
